FAQs

To save you time we've answered the questions you most often ask

Is it really true that you offer free delivery on every order?

Yes, there is no delivery charge for standard delivery however small the order. Standard delivery is the equivalent of second class post and can take up to three days.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes, for a small charge it is possible to get your order delivered next working day. We need to receive the order before 3pm to guarantee same day shipping. Look here for more details.

Will you be adding more products soon?

Absolutely! Our aim is to be the biggest UK toyshop on the internet. We are adding new lines and new brands all the time. Keep up to date with the latest additions by signing up to our newsletter and we'll let you know every time we add something new.

Can you give me advice on what to buy for my child?

We can't give you specific advice but we offer the option of only looking at toys and games for a particular age range. Just click on the category SHOP BY AGE at the top of the page. If you're trying to avoid toys or games using plastic choose PLASTIC FREE. You can then choose BY AGE. We try to show the recommended age for every item we sell. Occasionally we don't have that information and, of course, you know your child better than anyone.

Do you have a category for sensory toys to suit special needs children?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a specific category for that, although some toys will be suitable for that purpose. It is something we intend to feature in the near future however. So please sign up for our newsletter and you'll know as soon as it starts.

Are batteries included?

Some manufacturers include batteries as standard. We know how frustrating it can be to receive something which is battery powered and not be able to play with it because you don't have batteries. That's why we ensure that every battery powered toy we ship will include batteries so you'll never have to worry.

Can I get replacement parts from you?

We do not sell spare parts in general. If you have lost or broken a part we would advise you to contact the manufacturer directly whenever you can as it will always be quicker. If you contact us we will do our best to obtain the part for you but this is not always possible and may require you to send us the broken part or a photo of it. As we don't keep parts we will have to liase with the manufacturer which will add delays. All manufacturers have different policies and it may not be possible or be prohibitively expensive to obtain a part.
